I have started to look into it and I think it good idea.

you cant put windows on nearly any android phone. If the android has an x86 chip(read: some chinese tablets, and the Zenfone2) you might be able to hack it to do so... but its a lot of effort and ususally shit results.

You can run android on x86 windows computers via bluestacks, but its also pretty cludgy too.

android-x86 or Bliss-x86 are the only acceptable Androids on computers if you don't mind having GRUB.
