Fucking get the DLL and just copy it into the directory of which the exe file is located.

Be sure to store DLL in a file somewhere, and be sure to keep it in a folder where you can store DLLs for later use if you need one again for whatever it is. I.E. Other computers that might not have what you need.

Take a number, asshole. Botnet handlers are overworked as it is. Just wait it out and it will be troubleshot when necessary. You can be proactive and download it from google. Malware authors have 100s of sites up at their own expense to allow lazy shits like you to maintain your own installs when they break.
