What should be done about this /g/?
A year or so ago I basically thought I could ignore all this identity politics stuff and still bag a /comfy/ job, but the snowball just seems to be growing and growing at all the big companies where I might want to apply.
Should we start calling out this sort of sexism/discrimination on Twitter etc.?

Once companies reach a certain size, they're literally incapable of sinking due to poor hiring practices.
If a branch is programatically determined to be wasting more money than it's making, the company can just nip it in the bud, and nobody will learn their lesson about hiring underqualfied diversity tokens just to virtue signal.
