Open up your case. Strip your Mobo of components and take it out.

Carefully package the MOBO and sell it used. Destroy the POS 4770K.

Then go buy a nice A4 Mobo and a Ryzen processor and re-assemble.

If you don't do any of these things, you might consider replacing the TIM with liquid metal for better thermals, since the Haswell TIM is shit and you can get better cooling from TIM.

But to do that you have to de-lid your CPU, which can be risky.
