If we're talking new only, there prob won't be a chip that will beat it on price/performance for dad builds but the new AMD APU are prob going to make a compelling argument in laptops and low end gaming desktops with their massively more powerful iGPU.

there isn't but supply is really gay at the moment like with the rx 570 and 580, so getting one can be a pain in the ass.

No? It's nowhere near the same, I just checked it out and you can buy it on most websites for around $70. The 570/580 are either sould out or are being sould for $300 and up.

Depends. HT is cool, but 2 cores in 2017?
With Ryzen on the market, 2c/4t and even 4c/4t processors are basically anti-futureproof
