i just bought a new pair of headphones, G4ME ZERO from sennheiser. I have been researching about how to get the best audio experience. So my question here is for the people who owns a DAC. is it truely worth it?

Do you have audible noise/hiss from your soundcard? If so, yes, it's worth it. If no, no, it's not worth it. The primary purpose of a DAC is to isolate your audio chain from the noisy internals of a PC.
