Dry Ice is better
They are designed to take a small volume from room temperature (~20C) down to about 5C.
Even if the system does not break when you introduce a heat source 60C+ to it, the cooling effectiveness would be unnoticeable because its so far outside of the effective operating range.
They are also very slow to react to change.

- removing heat from static objects and maintaining that inside a thermally-sealed box
- removing heat from an object generating tons of heat
that's the key difference, fridges aren't as powerful as you think, it's simply that food doesn't generate heat, so it takes minimal effort to keep them cool
