What the fu/g/

I have a friends PC, his new GAYMIN mouse won't scroll wheel. It works when I plug it into any of my own computers.

I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, made sure all windows crap updates were done. I'm kind of at a loss. Googling around 'Steelseries Rival 300' had some ideas but nothing that was relevant or worked for his computer.

just replace the scroll encoder in the mouse, it's not that hard. My friends Rival had it broken as well.
