How to become a hacker
1. Learn programming
2. Learn low level programming
3. Learn about software architecture and microprocessors
4. Use your knowledge to find/understand exploits

Now since you do not want to put any effort in it you might as well just download arch linux and use terminal applications for everything.
Usability is fucking horrible but if you do that in public (ideally with green text over a black terminal window) everyone will think you are a hacker.

Kali Linux + tutorials will get you started. Penetration testing is the first step. After that do as other anons suggested and learn low level programming and try to figure out the exploits on your own or take advantage of outdated software exploits.
