I found out an app of the games phone.

I basically wanna create something like this. But edit the blocks to my applications

Man have you got a lot to learn before you even write "Hello World".

On Android the homescreen and the "physical interface" as you put it are just apps that either run as overlays (Notification centre) or when no other app has the foreground locked for itself (Homescreen). They are built and animated to feel unified but they are just executable .apk files installed on your system storage like explorer.exe. In order to change up the interface completely (Considering you don't just wanna rice your phone using Photoshop and Nova or something) you need to know Java and know your way around Android development at least a tiny bit.
