Is Mail.app the best mail client?
How do you exploit it to get root?

No.

Mail.app was great in NeXTSTEP and Mac 9.
Not so hot on HomOSX.

Thunderbird is still the best mail client though and the calendar is cool

Imo Spark is the best mail client for macOS.

It's the same program with minor differences, you can get a functional clone of Mail.app from the GNUStep people.

Anyone else uses Nylas mail? Really great so far

I hope you're not using their sync service. Oh wait, you can't not use it. Enjoy spooky access to your mail account I guess.
>>60691731
what?
>>60691744
Nylas stores your mail credentials on their servers, so their servers will connect to your mail server and get your mail. You have an additional unnecessary server in your mail traffic that is a potential security risk.
(at least that's how it used to be with N1, don't know if they still do that)

Send to yourself sudo echo hello world
copy paste into terminal.app
wasnt hard
Postbox

It's really cash money. Better than GTK hands down in a technical sense since it used the Cocoa API in Objective-C.
Surprised no one made a GNUStep Aqua DE yet. Personally, I prefer the NeXT style UI but if MacFags could program, they could have the best of both worlds.

I forgot that I can make my Linux distro look like it's still 1995, but with the features and security of 2017.

No, that'd be Opera Mail.
