Will an AMD GPU always be preferable to Nvidia with an AMD CPU?

8GB is the best you're going to get without getting a Titan XP, more is always better
I don't think there's anything in the AMD cpu that would detract performance or gimp an Nvidia card, but it is was building a Ryzen rig I would go all AMD
