Probably never. I work in a research hospital as a biomed-tech (I repair medical stuff) and you would not believe how far we are from understanding anything in the human body. "medecine" is a young and vastly incomplete field, it's mostly guesswork at this tine.

We could hope at best that we might get more affordable organ transplant/replacement during our lifetimes. Or a cure for Parkinson's / Alzheimers. Or more effective cancer treatment.
