>choose economic shipping
>still doesn't accept post-office box
WHY
>>
My Piston 2's finally died so I'm looking for a replacement pair. Budget is around $50 and I want something with slightly less bass and more clear mids/highs. I listen to primarily progressive and psychedelic rock.

Any suggestions /g/?
>>
So I found that if I write the address all on one line instead of 2 lines it accepts the box as destination:

Instead of:

Should I confirm or will the chink refuse to ship even after payment?
It's just economic shipping, no courier service. Why would he refuse to ship to my box?!

Honestly I'd rather use the HDMI port with a cheap used monitor and then plug on USB the cheapest set of chink keyboard and mouse I can find.

Man I haven't given Hawkwind a listen to in ages. I like their original album, but didn't try anything other than that.

I gave 'Have You Seen Them' from their new album a try and it's too rock and roll for my tastes. Doesn't give me the mind numbing fuck me up vibe.

Probably doesn't have the touch sensor.
Actually, you should read the insertion carefully, make sure you aren't accidentally buying just the touch sensor instead of the screen.
>>
>>60683940
Ok wow everyone was right: these things have niggerbass. By the time I found out I already bought it. I had to turn off the bass booster on my phone and my previous pair had to have the bass enhanced. I tested everything on Friday I'm in love by The Cure. These earphones are louder than my other pair but they also have a lot of sound leak. It's hard to place your finger on the button to pause/play. The instructions say to press it 3 times to play the previous song but spotify jumps ahead 2 songs, which is kind of annoying. I was just going to use it to replay songs. I think it would have been better if they separated it into two buttons: one to increase volume and play next song and the other to decrease volume and rewind. press both to pause/play

If I plug it into the computer, the earphones make a hissing sounds. it sounds like i'm on a skype call and someone left their mic on. This wasn't an issue with mt previous pair and i can't figure out how to get rid of that sound. The threaded material is nice and keeps the sound interference minimal

i have a small web domain, not much traffic. the server in back is http and sql, from top to bottom the pi's are: hardware firewall, DNS, smtp/imap, NAS
>>
>>60685408
Neat.
>>
>>60685429
also, tbqh a raspberry pi 3 makes a pretty sweat hardware firewall if you are on a budget.

throw on a raspbian lite image on it with no DE and you use iptables to configure a firewall.

really helps you tighten down a home network on a budget and it works better than any non-enterprise level firewall
>>
>>60685455
Aren't you bottlenecking your network running it through a Pi? Though I guess if you have faster than 100Mbps access you're already paying more per month that the Pi costs.

Im sure it decreases throughput somewhat but its not really noticeable.

Im running the server out of home and when ive compared everything behind the pi gets roughly the same throughput as the rest of my home network.

True but I wonder if it will be able to read a 4-bay hard drive USB3 box. That's what I use now to store my downloaded files.
I have an android tablet but even if I manage to plug the box to it, I doubt it can read the partitions' formatting (NTFS) and it's a pain in the ass to reformat everything.
>>
>>60686997
Depends on kernel support, usually NTFS has no trouble mounting and reading, stuff can get a little flakey writing.

For that there's paragon, it's like you never even tried or looked in to anything lol.

Well, that would be impossible since I use the TV as secondary monitor on my main PC and I don't have any other available screens.
I'll do something else: use the Orange Pi as cache device and transfer over Wi-Fi to main PC (where the 4-bay box is connected) when the SD card is full.

But there is really no big difference with these normal 1 dollar heat sinks in a closed case. If you find tests with lower than 5 degrees than before, its open case and non standard, little more expensive and bigger, heatsinks.

Yeah phone got tossed from the dashmount into the back seat and crushed in my last accident, dashcam had a fucked micro sd in it so it wasn't recording (not that there was anything to see from in front). A double lane semi crushed my car against the cement barriers changing lanes, apparently he had no idea I was there.
I bought a $280 camera so I'd have a backup, replaced the dash cam and got on with dual card slots. My labourer stole the camera and a garmin GLO out of my glove box (never work in this town again) so I need replacements.

Jinhao 599A review.jpg
471KB, 1380x1699px
Sent a 599A to my pen-autist friend, here's his short review:

It starts very easily, no issues getting the pen to start writing which was a pleasant surprise
Absolutely zero flex to the pen, and attempts to get line variation made my hand feel like I had arthrits.
Pen has a pretty bad time writing with quick dashes and has trouble keeping up, I used Pilot iroshizuku which flows really fast and it wasn't keeping up.
On shit paper writing regular is alright and putting pressure only spiderwebs a bit unless you leave the pen down awhile, you can feel the harsh steel nib scratch the paper and leave it open to webbing.
Converter has a fucking huge capacity but feels a little flimsy, be careful not to over twist the turny bit.
Cleaned it out pretty easy, did note some humidity in converter so leaving ink in it may be an issue for leaking.
Overall if all you're gonna do is write and you don't care about line variation then yeah it does that.
>>
>>60690501

Probably no. Basically you will have chink and possibly intel/NSA backdoors in your hardware.
It's best to minimise the amount of backdoors your computer has- IE, if buying chinese, buy chinese made processors so you only get chinese backdoors. Or buy a US made (well, still assembled in china but controlled by the US) and you'd only get US backdoors.

If you're that worried about backdoors, I recommend a leemote yelong. Stallman approved.

with USPS at least, you can put your tracking number in the website and follow it till delivery, anbd even get a text to when it was delivered.
>>
>>60690749
Another option is a libreboot thinkpad. You still get those lovely intel backdoors but you're cutting a MASSIVE chunk of NSA backdoors from your system.
>>
>>60688488
Chinks don't make decent cameras. Just go on craigslist and look for a used compact camera. While non worth a chinks ass take standard batteries, some newer compacts accept charging through micro usb. Ricoh makes waterproof compacts but those are probably above your budget.

That's not how this works. Anything prior to the TLD is a subdomain.

www. is just a formality that was intended to point users to www content of a domain. Any address can point to a web server, for instance: email.aliexpress.com can host a website. There is no relation between the sub domain and the folder the content is hosted in.

Anything after the TLD is relating to server interactions:
www.aliexpress.com/youreanidiot/default.aspx
This would request default.aspx from the folder youreanidiot on the web server.

Finally, you can re-route subdomain requests to folders with the right webserver (either by request redirecting or whatever). As a for instance:
www.aliexpress.com and email.aliexpress.com can both be hosted on the same IP address by the same server; the web server receives the request and then directs it to the site pool in question, but this is a less than common usage. This is not the issue OP was facing.

Both the www subdomain and primary domain A records point to the same place. Looks like he just a hit a bug.

I bought a TENS unit over a month ago, and just cleared China's customs. Jesus. I was hoping to have it this week, but now it's gonna be another two weeks, that's if it doesn't get stopped at the US customs.
Order is gonna close in 9 days.....

What do?

pajeet, pajeet, why do indians shit in street?
the postman comes to deliver your parcel
but not before leaving a stool sample
this takes time
therefore the postage costs shall incline

there is one easy resolution
to your very smelly problem
say to your countrymen, up and down
these streets should not be covered in brown!
and when your country is not third world
your mailing costs shall not be absurd

I've been using the ATE-S for some time and I'm quite satisfied. Sound signature is the same as the ATR (slightly bass-heavy but without the bass distorting or intruding on higher frequencies). The memory wire is not really memory but preformed to it's shape, feels okay during use. The foam tips that certain preinstalled are excellent. Comfortable and they seal well. I really enjoy listening to extreme metal on these, a genre that many speakers and headphones fail due to the overabundance of low and mid-range frequenciese with harsh high frequency percussion that can end tiring with some headphones.

those are both cheap but shit. an excelvan 720d is now usually $150 and it's great for the price and 720p. actual 1280x800 DLP are not that expensive anymore, though still $300-500, they're also smaller. ali has good cheap pico projectors too that can be used on a battery. 854x480 and $150-200 but they work and are good enough for casual videos and low-res gaming when you have no walled power source.
