For anyone who's a developer and doesn't want a cancer work environment, the key is to not work at a tech company. Work as a tech guy at a non tech company. Something like a financial firm or a restaurant chain. You'll have a much less cancerous time.

Company I work for has two gays and several sjws. Gay dudes are actually alright, because they dont bring their shit to work, even though their manner of speaking is sometimes annoying I can compromise/tolerate, sjws on the other hand I completely ignore apart from work related stuff.
