Why do professors insist poor implementation of OOP?

I don't know if that's english but yeah, OOP sucks.

What language should I use if I want to develop shit? C++ and Java are literally used at 99% of places and are good languages.

full blown OOP implementation is meant for teams of people, not for a single person. the code gets huge easily but it's highly structured when done right.
