NZXT's entire case division revolves around the S340 Elite. It is the ultimate meme case, because aside from the trend-setting aesthetics it's inferior to the cases of Phanteks, Fractal, etc.

Now Phanteks is putting out a case that's basically identical to the S340, in both function and form, and at 60% of the price. They not only undercut NZXT's own flagship case, they're demonstrating that tempered glass panels and LEDs and all that shit is just window dressing that doesn't really have any value.

Phanteks has made meme cases cheap, and their own model hierarchy is now based primarily on function. Their more expensive cases are more expensive mainly due to FUNCTION rather than FORM.

With one case they've flipped the man child market on its fucking head.

ATX is outdated and unnecessary nowadays. Only a few specific uses require multiple expansion cards. mATX can already do dual GPUs, so gaming isn't one of them.

Most normalfags are abandoning desktop PCs in favor of laptops, or even tablets, which will make the market for cases much smaller.
This can either mean that only autists who need fucking fulltowers will be left, or that we can finally embrace small form-factors and leave ATX in the past.
