I'm using Google Chrome and I don't know how or why it started but about a few days ago, a quarter till every hour (around 9:45, 10:45, 11:45 etc), a little window from Google Chrome is popping up in the corner of the screen and right as it appears, it disappears. Literally the only way I know it's coming from Chrome is because when I look at the taskbar, a new thing of chrome "stacks" onto itself as opposed to a new thing opening up next to it.
I keep thinking it's the Google Update Task Machine thing according to my Task Scheduler, which is saying that it starts at 9:47 PM every day and repeats every hour for the duration of one day. However, it happened at 9:45 this morning and I know it's gonna happen later at 10:45. Is it just the Task Machine being fucky with the times or is there something more sinister?

I tried some of the free botnet checks here and my IP wasn't listed. That's weird but I'll still keep searching

But there's nothing wrong with my computer other than that little popup showing up every hour. I can reach any site just fine. I've done virus scans and they came back with nothing aswell as running my IP through those things I listed in a post above
