Jamal, most iphones are hardware and software encrypted. You have to get chin chong to dessoder the sd flash memory and install a new one.

4s bypass:
Put coin and electrical tape over rear sensors - phone must detect <1% ambient light
Start phone in normal way, repeatedly stroking from top to bottom. This and the light signals single user mode
iOS will kick in. Type in any old pass code. It will not let you in
After 10th wrong passcode iOS will look to see if single user mode from phone and as it is, let you straight in without asking further
Reset your passcode.
