rotrig a shit. I dropped it off a waist-high table and it fucking broke.

pentel graphgear 1,000
it's around $10
Hands down the tightest mechanical pencil going
Graphgear 1000's are better for drafting / drawing straight lines due to the heftier weight and higher center of gravity.
GG 500's are better for writing and drawing due to lightness and further forward center of gravity.
Alvin Draft-Matics are better, cheaper Rotrings for writing, imo.
Uni Kurutoga Roulette is GoaT for writing.
Zebra M-301 is best bang for buck.
Bow before me pencilets

Surprises literally no one when I tell them I'm an engineering major.

I need a pencil that will neither break nor stab a hole in my pocket. I tried on of those steel Zebra pencils, but they're held together with plastic on the inside and I snapped the entire tip off.
Also, what's the most A E S T H E T I C pen that offers spacepen functionality?

Something with a retractable tip.
Graphgear 1000, Uni Shift or Rotring 800 all come to mind.
