Speccy and motherboard utility both said 4.7 when OCed and 4.5 on default due to turbo boost.

stock they run 4.5ghz so 4.7ghz should be like 5%~ higher than stock

Op what kind of ram do you have .

If it's slow it could bottleneck a cpu
