I'd say get a better graphics card but the CPU would cause a bottle-neck.
Get an i5 with a gtx 1060-70, wouldn't need to upgrade for a while after that.

Vega launch announcement on the 31st. Volta isn't coming out until Q2 at the earliest. Pasal lacks a lot of the hardware featchures for proper DX12 and Vulkan which will see even higher adoption rates as Volta and Vega hit the market.

Just build a Ryzen 7 1700/Vega system and be happy with that for the next 4 years at least.
