This may happen in my tiny ass country someday.
Currently maximum speed here is about 2-5 Mbps.

actually if you live in one of the big cities then 4G is quite decent
also some of the poorer communes got a lot of EU financing for fibre infrastructure so there's that
also2 one of the Nokia's 5G labs is actually based in Gdansk

Poland may be a shithole but at least the interwebz are more or less decent
