I use them, its better than nothing but I wouldn't trust them since you don't manage it. It's good enough for mobile (when it works...) so that you can use public wifi without a worry of someone sniffing packets.

I don't use mullvad anymore, but I can say their speeds were good enough. I live close to their server in Chicago and found the speeds to be fast enough for what I was doing. My home speeds are 150down/30up.

PIA's IP's are fucked up right now, basically every IP relocates back to the US, so if you wanted a VPN for geolocation, forget it. They say it's just a temporary thing because they're re-structuring their network or whatever, but it's been about a month...

Also, their technical support is shit these days. I asked about what was going on and got no reply at all...
