Okay so Ive learned Python, JavaScript, And PHP. What should I learn next? I was thinking about Ruby or Java.. Does anyone have a suggestion and why?
Have you tried C
scheme or C. They are languages used by the GNU project.

How to use programs that you make to solve real world problems. Barring that, I suppose you could waste time learning more syntax.
I've learned != I've finished one Coursera course on it.
Quite possibly you know shit Python, JS and PHP.
Well, anyone knows shit PHP but whatever.

You learn to put that shit together. You have enough to develop a web application. Do that.
You don't need to learn a library of syntax. Learn how to utilize the tools you have.

To tack on, you'll probably want to learn some JQuery. But first build a project using every language you know.

SQL. It's the natural extension of what you're doing.

"learning" languages after the second one is trivial. What you should be doing is making good and useful programs for your portfolio. I'd also say learn C through K&R, that's honestly the only language I'd say you're missing, the rest of the languages are just syntax after you do C.

a personal project

you should learn to program instead of just memorizing languages.

Design Patterns.
C is a good language for really learning how to program. once you can master C other languages come easily.
