Funny thing I only connected the dots when I coughed up blood but my doctor didn't see any cancer on the scans so I think I'm good if I leave now. I had a shit load of other issues but they kept telling me it was IBS, all in my head etc etc.

I'll try the alcohol thing I guess but I'm not even sure if that kills it.

Dunking everything in vinegar then letting it dry (in an environment without mold) shouldn't harm the components (unless acid fucks with shit, which it probably will.) Get a dehumidifier to the new house you're moving in, mold grows only where there is humidity and don't keep plants indoors (mold and insects can grow on them and spread to the whole room in no time).
