Doesn't really do anything different as a distro. It's basically Arch with a different package manager.
Try GuixSD or Gobolinux.

There is literally nothing wrong with systemd

I use void on my desktop. I can say for sure that some things are better (runit, and services), but others are much worse (lack of AUR, and packages in general). It is worth a shot, but if you get sound or connection issues that aren't fixed within the first day or two, skip it for arch.
