They teach it as an advanced course at my university.
Since it requires quite a bit of understanding about functional programming, types and constructive math, I'm not sure if there are any good beginner guides available online.
The lecture notes of the mentioned course are available. You can find them here, though I'm not sure how helpful they are without the actual lectures.

If you study computer science at university, there might be a similar course that you could take. That would be your best option.

I'm familiar with the math in the pdf (at least from first glance), but don't have credits to take more practical courses. I went to pure math and only now in 2nd semester did i realise that i'm more interested in CS. Is this undergrad course?
