Has technology been bad for your health?

Technology, No.
Lifestyle, Yes.
>>
I workout 5 days a week so I think sitting 8 hours a day isn't that bad anymore.
>>
>man creates tools to make life easier
>man can now sit on his ass all day and still survive
>man's health deteriorates, quality of life goes down

Organics are shit desu
>>
I'd probably be dead 10 times without technology, so no, not really.

I was a c-section so I wouldn't be alive without technology.

You were supposed to die

Yeah, this

if I'd been born in a pre-computer era I'd be one of those guys who sat around all day reading books and such, instead of being one of those guys who sits at a PC all day. Same difference, health-wise. The root cause here is that I don't get enjoyment from physical activity like some people seem to.

I exercise pretty much 5 mornings of the week.
I also regularly exercise in 5 minute sessions throughout the day doing HIITS.
This shit will give your hairs muscles

The worst thing tech has done to me is poison my body as it was developing, giving me auto-immune for 10 years.
Luckily it is mostly gone now since I started eating a NORMAL diet, no shitty cancerous processed foods.
Also sleep issues from bright lights.

I'll probably need glasses in a couple of years

Learn to read out of focus. It helps.
My vision is back to 20:20 after having horrible vision during my early teens from reading loads.
Or regularly take breaks by focusing on things far away.
Constant focus is like doing toning exercises to solidify a form.

The way I learned to read out of focus was by using paper and moving it in front of my eyes while I was focusing on something far away.
I would try to read it as best as I could.
Over a few years I managed to master it, even with horrible written text.
Another benefit is you can read passages of text very quickly without moving your eyes too much, which is also another reason your eyes end up shrinking due to the muscles that MOVE your eyes growing.
