People that use cloud-based password managers like lastpass, enpass, 1password etc, how do you sleep at night?

to be honest, i never trust these kind of 'password manager'
used to use LastPass but switched to keypass
bit annoying that I can't just have it Auto type the password by right clicking the password box.
annoying having to search up the website in my keypass program then do the Auto type from there.
is 1password worth the $$$?

OP here, used to use keepass but went for Enpass. I'm not a fun of auto-filling although it makes the whole process easier.
After reading these:

not sure what's left to use...
maybe pass the cli password manager:

Do you use an offline password manager?
or you don't use any?

If you use firefox just get keefox.
http://keefox.org/
Reminder that if you use keepass or one of it's forks and you haven't switched to keeweb yet you should.
Clients for all platforms as well as a webui that lets you open your database on any computer.
I just do. Cloud password managers are proven to be the most secured things in the world because they are designed by paid professionals who wake up early in the morning and work hard to make the world a better world to live. That's why proprietary closed source software is superior to freetard shit made by fat inexperienced pooinloos.

what's the difference and pros and cons over keypass?

It is in my opinion, but there is an issue I have with 1Password 6 for Windows. It still doesn't support dropbox for db sharing on all your devices. v4 still works with dropbox, but it doesn't have some of the features of v6. There might be a better alternative for Windows, but I don't know of any.
Definitely great on macOS.

Pretty easily actually since everything is encrypted locally. It's literally no different then encrypting something before uploading it to a third party cloud service.
