I can usually average around 50-60 wpm. I can have really short bursts of fast typing, but my ADHD-brain seems to have like race conditions or something and needs to pause and regroup every few seconds.

60-95, the standard of anyone who uses computers on a regular basis

Last time I took an actual typing test (for a data entry job a couple of years ago) it was 95 wpm at 98% accuracy. Pretty pleased with that desu, as were they.

i think just about everyone i know who learned typing in school and grew up with AIM can do 100 min.

never really need to type that quickly at work (just a regular software engineer).

Last I checked, like 80WPM but my accuracy is nonexistent, and I can't use either the number line or the numpad.
How fix?

I hit 72 wpm recently. Getting it higher is a little difficult due to muscle memory.
