I use the same password for my bank and Pokemon GO accounts.

I write the PIN code of my debit card onto it with a permanent marker. I won't forget it.

i do that
but it's useless without the security token.

I use the same password+the abbreviation or acronym of the site, company, game, or software.

My passwords consist of the name of the service + year such service was created. if it requires a special symbol its always ! and if it requires a capital letter its always at the end.

I use a key, a password and a TOTP to access my VPS. How mad is that?
