To those of you who are new to this: It's a common practice to bless everything and anything in Russia.
There's a few websites who have large and long series on this; they bless tanks, guns, grenades, submarines, aircraft and who knows what.
I'd find OPs picture hilarious if this was new to me but since it's not I'm now just seeing another normal day in Russia.
