If I was forced to use a standard rubber dome it would be one of those IBM / Lenovo preferred pros. They are very smooth.

You overpaid for a proprietary connection rubber dome.
Shit. Just because it has an IBM logo doesn't mean that it's automatically the bees' knees. It's not even a trackpoint model. Literally the only rubberdomes worth using are either ones with a trackpoint, or the model m rubberdomes.

Have you considered using an anti-dandruff shampoo?

It's actually ten year old paint.

air duster?

You should put a moon sticker on it so it doesn't look as gross

Probably one of the best (if not THE best) rubber domes still available for cheap (especially if looking for a PS/2 one)
.

Hey OP, I have the same.
It's a cheap rubberdome but probably the best you can get for under 10 fucking bucks.
I think it's really precise and I love to type on it even though it is not a mechanical.
I rate 8/10

>overpaid
lmao, I paid fucking $7 for it on Ebay

Remove keycaps, dismantle keyboard, wash keycaps in warm soap/dishwasher fluid water, wash body (not the circutiry part, just dry-clean it), dry, reassemble, enjoy nice clean keyboard.
Those anyone remember those sleek mid 00s Dell rubberdomes on which the spacebar came a tiny bit out of the overall case to make it bigger?
Those were damn good for rubberdomes too I think.

This
I cleaned mine and it feels glorious.
These are the only keyboards that I use.
>>60507908
Yea, they were good rubberdomes too, though not as good as the IBM/Lenovo ones, but still way ahead of your typical rubberdome keyboard.
>>60503483
I'd give it a bland/10.
Got the same at my workplace, but only with a Lenovo logo on it.
It's pretty good for a basic cheap-ass keyboard.
Bought one for €5 for secondary home.
