How dangerous is this?
>>60496919
Why don't you lick it and find out?
>>60496919
Inverse to the amount of intelligence displayed by the person who nigrigged that abomination.
Where's that, Ukraine?
>>60496919
totally safe
>>60496940
Nah, Donetsk don't have electricity. :^)
>>60496919
Very.
>>60496919
/diy/ does shit like this all the time and no one died yet.
>>60496968
how do you know?
>>60496919
Why should it be dangerous?
>>60496968
t. /diy/ submarine guy
>>60496931
>talks about IQ
>doesnt know difference between inverse and invert
>>60497046
>claims to pinpoint error between inverse and invert
>doesn't realize the two are capable of being used interchangeably in this example
>>60496919
Not at all if you have a trip switch.
>>60496919
About this dangerous:
No insulation * no grounding * fuses blow up if even a single pin comes loose.
*ahem*
>>60496919
Well it is pretty much what is inside those power bars, heck this might even be sturdier than some of those.
As long as it is fused and do not touch it is completely safe.
>>60496919
The socket, bed and paint suggest it's an extremely underfunded hospital somewhere in ex-USSR. So yes, it is dangerous, but not due to electrocution hazard.
>>60496919
The devices connected to it could be more dangerous.
It's perfectly safe, just don't touch it or put anything conductive near it and don't get it wet and maybe don't keep anything flammable near it
>>60496940
>Ukraine?
What
as long as they keep in contact with the plugs it should be fine,
but its exposed hv, so its not safe
>>60496919
according to EU regulations this is perfectly safe, but only if you put in a a designated fenced zone with warning signs, about 1 meter away so nobody will ever touch it accidentaly while the power is on
>>60497017
Who?
>>60496919
>How dangerous is this?
The fact that the joints are "loose" (i.e. not soldered or anything) makes it vulnerable to being bumped. I would worry about that metal frame being so close -- I can imagine it would be easy to bump it, possibly bringing it into contact.
The biggest issue is figuring out if the current draw might exceed the maximum that the wires allow. To figure that out, you'd have to know the total current of the appliances, and the gauge of the wires.
>>60496919
Higher standards than BS1363 and IEC309 for sure.

>He thinks 240v is considered hv in electrical terms
KEK
E
K
>>60496919
Quite. Put a nail into the wall and ziptie one of the sides to it, then it's almost safe.
>>60498381
Everything above 50V can be considered HV.
>>60497046
Wow, your knowledge of the English language is shit.
>>60496919
Brazilian showers level of dangerous.
>>60496940
no that's Russia
>>60496919
if you dont touch it its pretty safe
>>60496940
Can't be Ukraine since Soviet sockets are banned there
