I've constantly been switching from Mint to macOS and I genuinely enjoy the similarities these two operating systems have. For my audio work, macOS is the clean winner, especially with the availability of commonly used programs, but for my daily life I much more enjoy Mint with it's UX and easier customization.

Pros / Cons of macOS? Especially from a privacy & security POV

There's still the issue with metadata & other forms of tracking (and the possibility they send it without warrant), yeah, but it's far better than with Microshit's privacy system.

then again, an argument based off of "apple is less horrible than compared to microsoft, so apple is the best victor" doesn't make much sense either
