I live in Turkey and many of the websites that I visit are banned, some for pornography, some for political reasons.
I'm able to access some, like 4chan, simply by changing my DNS. Without dns these sites show a government message like pic related.
Other websites, like Wikipedia, are only accessible via VPN, since DNS doesn't work. These sites give an error like "Secure connection failed. The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." when I try to access them without VPN.
Recently I realized that the government banned my VPN service (PIA). They banned Tor as well so that's not an option either.
What do I do? They'll probably keep banning VPNs until there isn't any left. Is there a permanent solution to this?
I was thinking of buying a server in USA and connect via that server but I'd prefer an easier way honestly.

They are probably blocking the IP addresses of Tor exit nodes.
