Lsr or reveal?

LSRs are known to hiss like crazy with nothin but clean power plugged in. Returned my pair due to that. Don't know about the Reveals.

lsr by far
they do
Any Studio monitors (balanced in) with good RF shielding? Most of the ones I've tried have issues with GSM signals causing buzzing or hissing. Presonus's coax monitors look good but don't know about shielding.

Really? It's funny cause I was on the point to pull the trigger on the lsr because I heard reviews of people complaining about Reveal hiss...

You can try em if you want. If the hissing doesn't annoy you then you're good. And unless they changed the design in the last year you're probably still going to get some hiss. The hiss is actually very low white noise from the amp and is only audible with the speakers on and nothing playing. If you ears are normal and the speakers are less than 5ft away from your head, you're probably gonna hear hiss.

Ok thanks for the hint. Actually I'm more interested into the Reveals due to their front bass reflex (since my desk is pretty small and there's not much clearance from the wall), but I'm leaning towards the lsr305 because of the praises they get everywhere. I still haven't got honest opinions about the Reveals.
