Just make sure you scan their Local IP and ports and block them in your Modem/Router firewall so they don't transmit to the outside on their default programing...

Ideally you'd want something closed circuit but then you have the problem of running cables through the wall

i had granted my ipcam access to my google drive so it could send still images to my drive.
then realized that i shouldn't be allowing a chink cam access to my main google account.
i removed access.
and used dropbox.
dropbox has 1/10th of the storage capacity.
tried going back to google drive.
google now creates an error when trying to grant it access to my google drive.
now im stuck with dropbox.

i have noticed my ipcam slowly dying on me.
either that or somebody is hacking my cam.
i can never access my ipcam through the web interface but it still uploads images to dropbox and uploads a 10sec video to my NAS.

i disabled all ports (from the router) besides port 80 (so i can still upload to dropbox)
pretty sure its just dying.
if the web interface continues to stop working, ill just disable all internet access.
