Fuck comcast
Speed thread

Comcast offers their FTTH 2gbps down/up service here, but with $500-1000 install costs and the lack of cheap 2gbps+ network equipment makes it rather pointless for now.
But they TECHNICALLY have the fastest residential service in the country right now.
I have FiOS 1gbps for under $100 a month with TV and Phone.

Oh yeah, it's also $149.99 to 299.99 a month, so not cheap service.
Not too bad for a single fuccboi, though prices are shit.

the service also has a 1-10TB data limit like almost all of their plans
you just won't ever hit the data limit unless you get >1gbps speed though

No, the 2gbps service is specfically exempt from the data cap, not to mention, in my region ALL of comcast's internet speed tiers are exempt from the data cap (because our other ISPs dont have caps either, so comcast has no choice in this area)
Whiny babies
Stop complaining.
looks like I win this round

What does it matter when basically no website will actually have those kinds of speeds?
