But what you have its a lot more damage than you can easily replace.
I'd honestly say take it to the Appke store and see if you can just get a replacement.

Go on youtube and look at the video of the guy who built his own iPhone. You will basically need to rebuild the phone. It looks like you just need to buy a display and connect that before backing everything up and replacing the outer shell. It's possible and not that expensive but it won't be a fast job if you're ordering parts from Aliexpress. If you have some cash, a local iPhone screen repair guy might be able to help out.
