C, Python, Ruby for scripting, get Automate Boring Things With Python book, learn just the basics for scripting, for Ruby search online.
For password cracking download most probable wordlists form here:

Use that with Hashcat and John.
For Wi-Fi get USB Wi-Fi dongle which supports packet injection, you can find the list on ncrack forums.
For latest security-related stuff (like WannaCry ransomware, NSA exploit leaks last summer, Mirai etc.) hop on on IRC related channels, news spread faster there (literally minutes), but beware what are you saying cuz its logged.
For shellcode learn Assembly (Hacking; The Art of Explotation book is great with this).
Also videos by NetSec on youtube are great for starters, don't skip through, he talks alot about real-life examples through his videos.

Master Foo smiled. “Here,” he said, “is the beginning of wisdom.”
