you can just go to the "Content" tab and check/uncheck files within a torrent, it won't download the unchecked ones. I've done it a few times when downloading DLC for games i already had, most torrents just bundled it all together and I didn't want to spend ages redownloading the base game.

I tihnk that guy in your iage is a retard that didn't check "delete files on hard drive" when deleting torrents from QB, so he had all of his leftover torrents sitting around somwhere. If he was clever he'd most completed torrents to a separate folder when done, and delete anything that got cancelled/stuck.
