1.Download and Install Angry IP scanner from the link given below

2.Configure IP scanner
Tools-->fetchers and make sure that web detect is added in the selected fetchers
3.Paste the IP range and click on scan
4.After scanning is complete CCTV cameras will be detected on the web detect column
5.Copy the IP of any one of the cameras and paste it in the input url option of your web browser
6.It will redirect you to the camera login then try with the default passwords to login
