If this was like 3 weeks ago I'd probably have raged at you, but after noticing almost every one of his videos are basically just "watch me teardown this cheap crap I bought from poundland!" I actually agree with you, especially after realizing pretty much every one of his 2000+ videos follow this exact format

LGR is pretty Kino though, and being a bong his english equivalent Nostalgia Nerd is pretty much required watching too.

No tech youtuber will ever be accepted here because either they'll be normie enough that they're rejected by /g/ or autistic enough that it makes /g/ feel inferior and they find excuses to hate them (they're Aussie! They made a mistake in one video out of their 500 video playlist!). Winning over /g/ is a losing battle for any channel no matter how much knowledge you have.

He got a new in box IBM and came so hard while unboxing it. No one on /g/ has that much raw love for tech. He's more of a tech tuber than a gaming one. I feel like he does gaming videos to pay the bills and does fun stuff like Tech Tales for his own sanity.

in what way does he not understand it? He puts old pre-PnP computers together and gets them running on a regular basis. That takes a fair bit of knowledge. He's more about the historical context and cultural significance of things than the autistic minutiae of their functionality anyway.
