Tx for all the feedback yesterday! I think we are all clear that we need to block the webcam! Be it by using a webcam cover or a piece of tape... Even if I can't turn off the microphone, at least I don't need to talk when online... But I can't be invisible while in front of the webcam! It's crazy we are at this point! Oh! I lowered the price! tx to the OP saying 20 bucks for a piece of plastic was too much!. hopefully $5.99 is more reasonable... It cost $4.23 to produce it... Please let me know If you guys want to help me with ideas and to promote it. I'm open to options... for example $0.50 for each one sold or something like that... Talk to me. I think this is a great place for ideas to come together!

Secondly, I'll humour you for a second: there's literally no reason to spend money on something like this. There exist options such as:
>Black/electrical tape
>Random black sticker
>Disabling camera in bios - IME can't access it directly so it should work
>Unplugging your camera, assuming you can open your laptop's bezel
Random post-its or bandaids (yes, I know a guy who uses a bandaid) may be ugly, but a plain black sticker is basically unnoticeable, and disabling the camera in bios or physically is completely invisible.
Of course, with proper marketing you can sell anything, but just be aware that you are selling a novelty item with no practical use, not filling a gaping hole in the market.
