you can do that for some libraries, but not the apis
for example you couldn't, say, replace the entire audio system with windows ones, since the windows ones will want to talk to the windows kernel and drivers, which don't exist in linux
while the wine ones talk to linux stuff like alsa/pulseaudio

Not now that we have wine staging with gallium nine patches for native DX support. A lot of DX9 games run smoother on Wine this way than on Windows

game doesn't detect anything, considering what i've read, i'm not convinced this is even a wine issue, plenty of people on windows can't get their controllers working with this game, either
