I use Wordpress, I theme it myself, although I'm still learning. Is the best way Dreamweaver is shit.

I have used netbeans which has auto tag completion. I like it for building a site quickly, but if I'm just editing stuff, I will use a text editor.

Neither. Dreamweaver adds too much shit that it thinks is "helping" you. Wordpress is, well shit.

Not even trying to be elitist here, but you can do the majority of web design (and dev shit) in a text editor. MAYBE you might need an IDE or something for javascript. Anything more than that is overkill.

Lol mang they are all free. Sublime text has a nag window if you don't have a license about every 10 times you save. Notepad++ is free as in beer, Atom is free as in freedom.

If you're a web dev, you'd really love atom. Its built on the DOM so everything you see is an element that can be styled via css. It just about the only good thing atom has over other editors.

Wix is fucking garbage. It deems it necessary to include every single piece of JavaScript that they have in every single web page. Do you just want a static site? Here's some JavaScript for controlling a Spotify web player, just in case.

Some sites take literally about 15 seconds to first paint on Android for some ungodly reason. Not on iOS. But somehow, just on Android, both Chrome and Firefox.
