I used LeapDroid before Google bought them out and shut them down. It was almost perfect, except for multi-touch and playing videos.

good luck op, I tried to do android on pc without bluestacks so I could snapchat and kik with internet whoers. vmware can run chrome OS, which can run android apps. I got kik running that way.
