I sprayed rubbing alcohol on a towel and rubbed down the top of my laptop to clean it. After the right side of the keyboard was fucked. I've fixed water damaged keyboards befor, so I tore it down to clean it, but it looks like the input matrix is made out of some film that I've never worked with. White spots in the photo is where the alcohol ate away at the film. Is there any way to fix this short of a keyboard replacement?
I guess I'll post this elsewhere, but you never know with /g/ for a quick answer.
Just brainstorming, would conductive ink work? Are there cheaper home alternatives?

I've used isopropyl for years without an issue

Isopropyl is pretty standard for electronics cleaning.

I can't find a source that recommends anything other than isopropyl for cleaning electronics.

Acrylic seems dry enough. I don't think anyone gives a shit about this thread but I'm going to update anyway
